The Work Breakdown Structure forms the backbone of an integrated schedule. How do you set up an effective WBS? Should you choose a product-oriented of action-oriented WBS? In this module, the most important theoretical background of setting up a WBS is discussed, after which participants themselves get to work translating a schedule of requirements into an adequate and effective Work Breakdown Structure.

This module is part of the step Foundation of the Project Controls education programme.
